In the spring of 2026, for the fourteenth time, Orchestra RIGA, guided by the motto “Wake up and remember, hear and enjoy!”, invites audiences to the Spring Festival WINDSTREAM. From March 20 to May 27, the festival presents genre-diverse concerts that showcase the rich and varied sound world of wind instruments through music by Latvian and international composers, featuring renowned Latvian and foreign soloists.
The concert programme features original compositions for violin and wind orchestra by conductor and composer Óscar Navarro:

This concert is part of the Spring Festival WINDSTREAM 2026 subscription. Subscription holders enjoy an opportunity to attend both the festival’s opening concert “MAESTRO & MAŽORMINORS” taking place on March 20 and the closing concert “PASODOBLE & SOUTHERN WINDS” on May 27 at a specially reduced price.
