In 2016, the world will celebrate the birthdays of several outstanding composers. In the closing concert of the Spring Festival WINDSTREAM Orchestra RIGA will honor Sergei Prokofiev, Dmitri Shostakovich, and the Latvian composer Romualds Kalsons.
